As a consumer technology is ever changing and it can be a daunting task to take time out of your schedule to run a full length research project on what will best serve your needs. Even the most experienced studio owner, gear freak, or pro audio sales star can get it wrong costing you tons of money, time, and wasted energy you could have put into the creative process. Would you trust $2-5k in gear to someone who makes $8-$10 an hour who probably wont be working there when you come back for support next month? The Internet and forums can confuse you even more with wild opinions clashing against lack of experience throwing you into a tailspin of what gear to buy and who is good and who is not.

This is no Benchmark!: Our competition is more than likely going to slap your rig together in 20 minutes and ghost the so called tweaks. After that they are going to run a demo or two and a benchmark never really watching the system while it loads a hard copy of windows and ships the same day. This skips the (Baby Sitting) a tech is going to have to do otherwise so they can whore out as many rigs as possible with the least amount of work.

This is not good for you because if there are any issues with hardware failure within the ghost load, hard power reboots, memory errors, poor overheating video cards or motherboard heatsinks they do not usually rear there ugly head until 24-48 hours into the life of the system.

The DAWBOX real world Bench: We build your DAW system methodically and meticulously. We baby sit your machine all the way through the hard copy os load (no ghost loads here folks.) When your system is configured properly we then hook it up to actual audio gear in a real studio and attempt to record, edit and mix with it to ensure it can handle the "Real World". We use small, medium, and large demos to tax the system in stages over the course of 48 hours. We then run benchmark software that tests thermal integrity as well as hardware integrity and one of the most important things that is often over looked the integrity of the power supply.

Quality of components: We use carefully well thought out and tested (Retail Box) components that are of the highest caliber from the most trusted vendor. All of the parts in your DAWBOX will carry there respected manufacturers full warranty.

DAWBOX system warranty: All of our tower and rack workstations carry a lifetime owner technical support via e-mail and phone on original DAWBOX hardware. Tower and workstation systems also carry a two year depot labor warranty.
