Return and exchange Policy: Due to the nature of instructional media we do not offer a return or exchange policy since our designs are unique and a protected work all sales are final. If you have any questions that need answering before your purchase please e-mail us. We will not exchange the 4X4 plans for the 4X6 or the 4X6 for the 4X4 for any reason so please measure your space carefully.

Shipping Policy: We will ship to the listed default paypal address on your account so please be sure that this is the exact address you wish the plans to be shipped to. We will not ship for any reason to an address other than your listed paypal address. If you wish to use a different address you can modify your ship to address within paypal. If you need to know how this is done please contact us or paypal.

DVD or Booklet Replacement Policy: If you lose or miss place your booklet or DVD we charge a $49.95 replacement fee. We will not send you the booklet electronically for any reason.

Upgrades and revisions: From time to time we revise the plans in design and features. We do not offer revision upgrades for free due to the nature of our designs and there constant evolution and enhancement. If we offer a substantial revision and you purchase your plans within two weeks of that revision we will send you an e-mail offering you that revision for a discounted price at our discretion.
